About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of hollow-hedge.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Hollow & Hedge ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

Products

We sell handcrafted-style garden sculptures, ornaments, and decorative pieces. We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, finish, and texture are normal and part of each piece's character. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary slightly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are correct at the time of publishing, but we reserve the right to change prices at any time. We are not currently VAT-registered, so VAT is not added to our prices. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Hollow & Hedge and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for matters which cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
